These terms govern access to networkingsystems.digital and engagements with Networkingsystems for employment consulting related to academic, research, and university career transitions in Germany. By using this site or commissioning a consultation, you accept these terms.

Services described

Pages describing consultations, fees, and pathways are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope, fees, and dates in writing (email suffices).

No employment guarantee

We provide advisory services. We do not guarantee job offers, shortlist invitations, visa outcomes, or appointment results. Hiring decisions remain with universities, institutes, and other employers.

Intellectual property

Site content, guides, and materials we prepare for general publication remain our intellectual property. Written plans and feedback prepared for a paying client may be used by that client for their own applications. You may not republish our materials as a commercial product without permission.

Client materials

You retain ownership of CVs, manuscripts, and personal documents you share. You grant us permission to store and process them solely to deliver the consultation. You confirm you have the right to share those materials.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site to distribute malware, scrape content at scale, or submit false contact details. We may refuse or end engagements involving abusive conduct.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Networkingsystems is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from career decisions you make after advisory sessions. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health where such limitation is unlawful under German law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in the jurisdiction of our registered office have venue where legally permitted, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
